New Year Time
It's the end of the year. Can you believe it? 2025 is over, and in the morning (and by the time you read this) it will be 2026. The older I get, the faster the years go by. This time of year is when lots of people make resolutions for the new year. It's the new year, time to make new changes; new year, new me, right?
I'm not making huge changes for 2026. I don't have the time, energy, or money1 for big changes. But I am making goals, because setting goals is the only way to make progress in life. And I'm theming my goals around something specific: finishing things.
You'll notice a couple new pages in the navigation bar above. One is a recap of the year, and the other is my goals for 2026. It's good to have goals, and while I'm not very good at completing goals, I get more done by having the goals than I would if I didn't have them.
Here's to a good 2026!
I've have 3 major car repairs in the last 12 months, so I can't seem to get ahead with my savings.↩
